Description: Arabic manuscript on paper, 592 leaves plus 10 fly-leaves, 11 lines to the page, written in naskh in black ink against a yellow-gold ground, ruled in gold with rows of flowers, verses separated by dots, surah headings in white rounded cursive against a gold, f.1b and f.2a with an illuminated frontispiece, six additional double-pages with gold illuminated margins consisting of interlacing scrolls and flowers marking each manzil, f.272b and f.273a with a finispiece bifolium decorated with gold margins, in brown gilt leather .
